Our Mission

Our mission is to lead research the implementation and evaluation of integrated models of care for older adults living with complex and chronic health conditions.

Here, you will find information on our research projects, related resources, and opportunities to get involved. Our work is geared toward building a healthcare system that is senior-friendly, and patient and family-centred.

Current Projects

  • Behaviour Success Agent (BSA)

    The BSA project aims to evaluate the implementation, effectiveness, and scalability of a specialized care program for people living with dementia in acute care hospitals. Learn more about the BSA project here.

  • Integrated Care Scoping Review

    This scoping review includes searching the available literature for dementia integrated care models across Canada.
